Is it really free, and do you see my quote?
Yes, it’s free, with no account to make. And no, we don’t see your quote. It never leaves your browser. If you leave “Remember my business details” ticked, your business details are kept on this device only, so they’re ready next time. Your customer and items are never saved.
What should a good quote include?
Your business details, your customer’s name, a clear list of what you’ll do and what each part costs, the total, and the date the quote runs until. It also helps to say what’s not included, so there are no surprises later. Only add VAT if you’re VAT registered. If you’re not sure, check the current threshold on GOV.UK.
How long should a quote be valid for?
Many people choose 30 days, but it’s up to you. If your costs change quickly, for example with materials, a shorter time can make sense. The “Valid until” date is printed on the quote so your customer knows.
How do I save it as a PDF?
On a computer, press “Print or save as PDF”, then choose “Save as PDF” as the printer. On an iPhone or iPad, press the button, then pinch out on the small preview to open it full size, tap the share button and choose “Save to Files”. On an Android phone, press the button, then choose “Save as PDF” as the printer.
Can I remove the Virezio line?
Yes. Untick “Show ‘Made with Virezio’ at the bottom” and the line disappears from your quote.
