Is it really free?
Yes. There’s nothing to pay and no account to make. Fill in the form, then print your invoice or save it as a PDF.
Do you see my invoice?
No. Your invoice never leaves your browser. If you leave “Remember my business details” ticked, your business details are kept on this device only, so they’re ready next time. Your customer and items are never saved.
How do I save it as a PDF?
On a computer, press “Print or save as PDF”, then choose “Save as PDF” as the printer. On an iPhone or iPad, press the button, then pinch out on the small preview to open it full size, tap the share button and choose “Save to Files”. On an Android phone, press the button, then choose “Save as PDF” as the printer.
Do I need to charge VAT?
Only if your business is VAT registered. If you’re not sure, check the current registration threshold on GOV.UK or ask your accountant. If you’re not registered, leave it on “No VAT”.
Can I remove the Virezio line?
Yes. Untick “Show ‘Made with Virezio’ at the bottom” and the line disappears from your invoice.
