Virezio is based in North West England. A geographic business/service address is supplied directly to prospective clients before a contract is concluded and on project paperwork where required.

Virezio is not currently VAT registered. VAT is therefore not added to project proposals or invoices while that remains the case.

Business clients

Virezio's website services are offered primarily to businesses purchasing for business purposes. If you are acting wholly or mainly outside your trade or business, tell Virezio before instructing work because additional consumer rights may apply.

Website information and demos

This site describes Virezio website services and fictional concept demos. Demos illustrate possible customer journeys and are not presented as completed client work, live availability, confirmed prices or client results.

Quotes and project scope

Virezio does not publish fixed service prices; every project is scoped and quoted individually. Before paid work begins, the written proposal, quote or project agreement confirms the deliverables, pages, content responsibilities, integrations, timing, price, payment schedule and any project-specific assumptions. If a written quote or agreement conflicts with these general website terms, the project-specific document takes priority for that project.

Payment

Payment amounts, deposits, stage payments and due dates are stated in the written quote or invoice. Virezio does not treat a website enquiry or call request as an order and does not take payment through the enquiry forms on this site.

Changes and revisions

The written quote states what is included in the agreed scope. Revisions within that scope are handled as described in the quote. New pages, integrations, substantial design changes or other work outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before the extra work is carried out.

Client delays and pauses

Delivery dates depend on timely content, access, feedback and approvals from the client. If those inputs are delayed, the project may be paused and the delivery date may move. Any cancellation charge, non-refundable deposit or restart fee applies only where it was clearly agreed in the written quote or project agreement.

Third-party services and costs

Domains, hosting, payment providers, booking tools, premium plugins, stock assets and other third-party services are separate unless the written quote explicitly includes them. Third-party services are also subject to their own terms, charges, availability and technical limits. Where practical, client-owned accounts remain under the client's control.

Client content and permissions

Clients are responsible for supplying content, approvals and account access they have agreed to provide, and for ensuring that they have the right to use any names, logos, photographs, reviews, claims or other material they ask Virezio to publish. Delays in those dependencies may move the delivery date.

Ownership and handover

The client's domain and business accounts remain under the client's control. The written quote or project agreement confirms the ownership or licence position for custom website work, source code, design assets and third-party components, together with the agreed handover. Any transfer of custom work can be made conditional on payment of the agreed project fees.

Standard of service and liability

Virezio will provide the agreed services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow that exclusion or limitation. Any project-specific limits, warranties or remedies must be stated in the written project agreement rather than assumed from this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not affect any rights you have under the law that cannot be limited by agreement.
